I’m partnering with a specialist super-prime residential refurbishment contractor delivering high-quality, design-led projects across central London and the Home Counties. Their schemes range up to £10,000,000, involving complex refurbishments, detailed finishes, and close coordination with architects and specialist trades. With their own direct labour workforce, they maintain exceptional quality and control and are now looking to expand their commercial team with a Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or early-career QS with up to 3 years’ experience wanting hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle.

🔍 What They’re Looking For:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Up to 3 years’ experience (including placements)
• Understanding of cost control, procurement & commercial processes
• Strong numeracy, organisation, and communication skills
• Positive, eager-to-learn attitude working under a Senior QS
