Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Luxury Property Developer

I'm recruiting for an Assistant / Junior Quantity Surveyor, holding a quick path to progress to more senior roles, to join a respected bespoke / luxury residential developer delivering high quality homes across London and the Southeast. Their Portfolio includes luxury one-off residences, executive family homes and modern apartment schemes. 

This is a great opportunity to join a design-led, well-established team with a strong pipeline of works ahead for 2026. 

🔍What they are looking for: 

• 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying or commercial roles 
• Strong understanding of procurement, as well as buying and subcontract negotiation
• Experience with JCT and D&B Contracts 
• Confident with take offs, cost control, valuations and reporting.
