I’m recruiting for a well-established refurbishment and restoration main contractor who specialise in delivering high-quality internal and external works across London. Their projects range from listed buildings and mansion blocks through to commercial units, government properties, and historic structures.

This contractor has built a strong reputation within the specialist conservation and restoration sector, known for completing complex projects to exceptional standards for a prestigious, long-term client base.

They are now looking to appoint a standalone Estimator or Senior Estimator to take ownership of the pre-construction function as part of continued business growth.

🔍 The Role:

• Estimator / Senior Estimator within a growing SME contractor
• Pricing refurbishment & restoration projects from £50k to £2m
• Ability to price from schedule of rates
• Regular site visits across London
• Preparing accurate tenders and working closely with delivery teams
• Office-based role in Souteast London (5 days per week)

🎯 What They’re Looking For:

• Experience in refurbishment and/or restoration
• Main contractor background
• Strong understanding of heritage or high-quality building conservation projects
• Detail-focused with strong communication skills
