Pre-Construction Manager – Super-Prime Residential Refurbishment

I’m currently working with a specialist super-prime residential refurbishment contractor operating across central London and the Home Counties. They deliver design-led, high-quality residential projects up to £10,000,000, often involving complex refurbishments, detailed finishes, and close coordination with architects and specialist trades. With their own direct labour workforce, they maintain tight control over quality, programme, and delivery and are now looking to appoint a Pre-Construction Manager to strengthen their front-end delivery.

This is an excellent role for someone with 3–4 years’ experience in Pre-Construction or Bid Management who can coordinate tenders, manage information flow, and support high-quality bid submissions across multiple projects.

🔍 What They’re Looking For:

• 3–4 years’ experience in Pre-Construction, Bid Management, Estimating Coordination, or similar
• Strong understanding of the tendering process in construction
• Excellent communicator able to coordinate design, estimating, commercial & supply chain
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and confident working to tight deadlines
• Comfortable attending tender interviews, client meetings, and site visits
